SKYA21043 High-Power Front-End Module

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKYA21043 5.9GHz 802.11p DSRC High-Power Front-End Module integrates a 5GHz single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch, a 5GHz high-gain low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass, and a 5GHz power amplifier (PA) designed for high-power 802.11p applications and systems.

These automotive application devices are AEC-Q100 and AEC-Q101 qualified.
