The read disturb management feature of the memory cards monitors the read commands and the content is refreshed when critical levels have occurred. These memory cards run an interruptible background process to maintain the user data for read disturb effects or retention degradation due to high-temperature effects. The near-miss ECC technology minimizes the risk of uncorrectable bit failure over the product lifetime.
