N2000 Series SSDs

Swissbit N2000 Series Solid State Drives (SSDs) feature Triple-Level Cell (TLC) 3D NAND Flash and supports NVMe 1.3 command sets. These SSDs operate at 3.3V, 1.8V, and 0.9V supply voltages. The N2000 SSDs have data reliability of <1 non-recoverable error per 1016-bits read. These PCIe SSDs are industrial temperature grade M.2 PCIe SSDs. The N2000 series devices feature power fail data loss protection and End-to-End (E2E) data protection. These SSDs are low-power consumption and highly reliable. The M.2 industrial PCIe SSDs feature dynamic and static wear leveling, power fail data loss protection, Self-monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology (S.M.A.R.T.), and life cycle management. These drives operate at -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range.
