C Series Commercial Grade General Purpose MLCCs

TDK C Series Commercial Grade General Purpose MLCCs consist of multiple sheets of dielectric and conductive material layered alternately. The monolithic structure of the TDK surface mount MLCCs ensures mechanical strength and reliability. The simple structure provides low ESR, ESL, and better frequency characteristics.

C Series High Temperature MLCCs

TDK C Series High Temperature MLCCs offer an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with capacitance up to 22µF. These MLCCs are a commercial grade of TDK's multilayer ceramic chip capacitors and provide excellent DC bias properties. TDK C Series High Temperature MLCCs feature multiple sheets of dielectric and conductive material, layered alternately, for superior mechanical strength and reliability. Ideal applications include decoupling, smoothing, snubber, and resonant circuits of equipment operating in a high-temperature environment as well as peripheral circuits of high-temperature devices such as IGBT, SiC, or GaN.

C Series High Capacitance MLCCs

TDK C Series High Capacitance MLCCs feature precision technologies that enable the use of multiple thinner ceramic dielectric layers. Composed of only ceramics and metals, TDK C Series Capacitors offer dependable performance, exhibiting virtually no degradation even when subjected to temperature extremes. The monolithic structure ensures superior mechanical strength and reliability. These MLCCs are available in a range of capacitance values, numerous case sizes, and in temperature coefficients of X5R, X6S, X7R, X7S, X7T, X8R, Y5V, and C0G (NP0).
