Memory Storage Solutions

TDK Memory Storage Solutions are a portfolio of NAND-type flash memory units used for industrial purposes. The devices are integrated into systems, with rapidly increasing capacity and declining prices as the backdrop. The level of reliability demanded by NAND-type flash memory control is constantly rising. To meet this demand, TDK has developed NAND flash memory controller GBDrivers. SSD, NAND module, and Card media with GBDriver are available. GBDriver uses NAND flash control technology, providing high-speed access while securing high reliability.

Solid State Drives

TDK  Solid State Drives meet the requirements for SSDs in industrial applications, with speeds up to 180MB/s. These devices  use the latest MLC type NAND flash memory with a read retry function indispensable for enhancing data reliability. TDK SSDs feature auto-recovery, data randomiser, and auto-refresh.
