EMI Connector Gaskets

TE Connectivity's (TE) Kemtron EMI Connector Gaskets are available in a wide selection to accommodate a broad range of connector sizes. These slot-mount gaskets are offered in four types of material: silicone nickel graphite, silicone silver aluminum, fluorosilicone nickel graphite, and fluorosilicone silver aluminum. Variants include MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-DTL-5015, and common D-sub. Additional options include a thickness of 0.8mm or 1.6mm, lengths from 21.34mm to 74.4mm, and widths from 17.5mm to 47.63mm. TE Kemtron EMI Connector Gaskets provide low contact resistance between a connector and an enclosure. These gaskets have a recommended operating temperature range of -55°C to +160°C and are designed to meet the demands of EMI shielding, environmental sealing, galvanic compatibility, and fuel/oil resistance.
