Taiwan Semiconductor TS20K40-T to TS20K100-T Standard Bridge Rectifiers operate from 400V to 1000V repetitive peak reverse voltage. This rectifier features ultra-low leakage reverse current and high surge current capability. The TS20K40-T to TS20K100-T rectifiers operate at -55°C to 150°C storage temperature range. These products are RoHS Compliant and halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, and the molding compound meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The 20A rectifiers are ideal for printed circuit boards, including onboard chargers and AC to DC.
