2 Series MSO Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes

Tektronix 2 Series MSO Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes offer up to 4 analog channels, 500MHz bandwidth, 2.5GS/s sample rate, 16-channel MSO, and 50MHz arbitrary function generator (AFG). Other features include a four-bit digital pattern generator, advanced triggers, protocol decode, digital voltmeter (DVM), and frequency counter. These compact, portable, battery-operated instruments are about 1.5" thick, making them ideal for electronic debugging and testing on the bench or in the field. Both the MSO22 and MSO24 series have the same intuitive interface as various other oscilloscopes from Tektronix, including 3-Series, 4-Series, and 5-Series. The membrane switch technology offers ruggedness, easy cleaning, and durability for harsh environments.
