Texas Instruments ADS1204 Delta-Sigma Modulators feature four delta-sigma modulators with a 100dB dynamic range operating from a single +5V supply. The TI ADS1204 delta-sigma modulator features 16-bit resolution, 14-bit linearity, and 10-bit effective resolution with 10µs Signal Delay (12-bit with 19µs). The TI ADS1204 is designed for use in medium- to high-resolution measurement applications.
