INA21x/INA21x-Q1 Current-Shunt Monitors

Texas Instruments INA21x/INA21x-Q1 Bidirectional Zero-Drift Current-Shunt Monitors are voltage-output, current-shunt monitors that can sense drops across shunts at common-mode voltages from -0.3V to 26V. This is done independent of the supply voltage. These are available in five fixed gains. The low offset of the zero-drift architecture enables current sensing with maximum drops across the shunt as low as 10mV full-scale. These devices from Texas Instruments operate from a single 2.7V to 26V power supply. These devices draw a maximum of 100µA of supply current. All versions are specified over the extended operating temperature range of  -40°C to +125°C. They are offered in an SC70 package or thin UQFN package. The INA21x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
