TPS22932B Low On-Resistance Load Switch

The Texas Instruments TPS22932B ultra low on-resistance load switch with controlled turn on contains a low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input range of 1.1V to 3.6V. The TI TPS22932B load switch is controlled by eight patterns of 3-bit input. The TPS22932B provides configurable enable logic and controlled slew-rate. The user can choose the logic functions MUX, AND, OR, NAND, NOR, inverter, and non-inverter. The TI TPS22932B load switch is designed for use in various applications, including PDAs, cell phones, GPS devices, MP3 players, digital cameras, peripheral ports, and portable instrumentation.

TPS229xx Load Switches

Texas Instruments TPS229xx Load Switches are small, low R_ON, single channel load switches with a controlled slew rate. Each device contains either an N-channel or P-channel MOSFET and is controlled by an on/off input, which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals.
