TFPT SMD PTC Nickel Thin Film Linear Thermistors

Vishay / Dale TFPT SMD PTC Nickel Thin Film Linear Thermistors are available in 0402, 0603, 0805 and 1206 sizes and feature an alumina substrate base with a nickel-based PTC thin film element. These thermistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and provide high stability over the entire temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Additional specifications include standard tolerances of ±0.5%, ±1% and ±5%, 4mW/K maximum dissipation factor and a failure rate of ≤0.1 x 10-9/h. Vishay / Dale TFPT SMD PTC Nickel Thin Film Linear Thermistors are suitable for temperature compensation and sensing in automotive, motor drives, LED drivers and airflow sensors.
