Vishay / Vitramon VJ HIFREQ HT Surface-Mount Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors are available in five case sizes, ranging from 0402 to 1111. The surface-mount MLCCs operate over a temperature range of -55°C to +200°C. These wet-build process devices are constructed with ultra-stable dielectric material. Vishay / Vitramon VJ HIFREQ HT MLCCs are ideal for use in various applications, including RF and microwave, broadband communication, and satellite communication.
