AR0147AT Hayabusa CMOS Digital Image Sensors

onsemi AR0147AT Hayabusa Digital Image Sensor is a 1/4−inch CMOS digital image sensor with a 1344H x 968V active−pixel array. This advanced automotive sensor captures linear or high dynamic images with a rolling−shutter readout. AR0147AT is optimized for low light and challenging high dynamic range scene performance, with a 3um BSI pixel and on−sensor up to 140dB HDR capture capability. The sensor includes flexible functions such as in−pixel binning, windowing, and video and single frame modes. The sophisticated sensor real-time safety mechanism and fault detection features on AR0147AT enable ASIL−B compliance. The device is programmable through a simple two−wire serial interface and supports MIPI CSI−2 and Parallel output interfaces.
