onsemi AR0235 Digital Image Sensors are 1/2.8-inch 2MP CMOS sensors with global shutter and active pixel array of 1920(H) x 1200(V). These image sensors incorporate an innovative global shutter pixel design optimized for accurate and fast capture of moving scenes. The AR0235 image sensors include camera functions such as auto exposure control, windowing, row-skip mode, column-skip mode, and pixel-binning. These image sensors have the ability to capture both continuous video and single frames. The AR0235 digital image sensors are programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. These image sensors produce clear, sharp digital pictures and low-noise images in both low-light and bright scenes. The AR0235 sensors are ideal for bar code scanners, factory automation, Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR), machine vision, 3D scanning, and biometrics.
