AS0149AT CMOS Digital Image Sensors

onsemi AS0149AT CMOS Digital Image Sensors are designed for automotive use and have a 1312H x 986V active-pixel array. The onsemi AS0149AT sensors offer output formats, including RGB888, YUV422, BT.656, or BT.601. With rolling-shutter readout, these sensors capture color images in linear or high dynamic range mode. The devices excel in low light and high dynamic range scenes thanks to 3µm BSI pixel and up to 120dB HDR capture capability. The sensors support various functions like windowing, video, and single-frame modes. The devices can be programmed via a simple two-wire serial interface and support MIPI CSI-2 and Parallel output interfaces. Additionally, the sensors include advanced processing features like color correction, auto white balance, distortion correction, overlays, ALTM (Adaptive Local ToneMapping), and Super-Exposure HDR mode.
