NVH950S75L4SPx IGBT Power Modules

onsemi NVH950S75L4SPx IGBT Power Modules come from the VE-Trac™ Direct family of highly integrated power modules with industry-standard footprints. These power modules are automotive, high-performance single-side direct cooling 3-phase 6-pack modules with 750V collector-emitter voltage and 950A implemented collector current. The NVH950S75L4SPx modules integrate six Field Stop 4 (FS4) 750V Narrow Mesa IGBTs in a 6-pack configuration. This 6-pack topology provides high current density while offering robust short-circuit protection and increased blocking voltage. These modules come with an optimized pin-fin heatsink in the baseplate. The NVH950S75L4SPx IGBT modules are RoHS compliant and meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating. These IGBT modules suit hybrid and electric vehicle traction inverters and high-power converters.
