AEC-Q200 FlexiCap™ MLCCs

Syfer / Knowles AEC-Q200 FlexiCap™ MLCCs are suitable for harsh automotive environments. These FlexiCap MLCCs range up to a 1kV voltage rating for the requirements of modern automotive applications. The AEC-Q200 MLCCs ranges include standard MLCCs, StackiCap™ MLCCs, open mode, and tandem capacitors, and 3-terminal EMI components. These MLCCs operate at temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C. The AEC-Q200 FlexiCap MLCCs feature high reliability, flexible termination, and protection from short circuit failures. Typical applications include DC/DC converters, battery management, PTC heater controllers, DC/AC converters, automotive manufacturers, EVs, and HEV.

Enhanced Safety Capacitors (Class X1, X2, Y2)

Syfer / Knowles Enhanced Safety-Certified Capacitors (Class X1, X2, Y2) comply with international UL and TÜV specifications to provide designers the option of using a surface-mount ceramic multilayer capacitor to replace leaded film types. These capacitors offer the benefits of simple pick-and-place assembly, a lower profile, and reduced board space required. The FlexiCap™ version of these capacitors minimizes the risk of mechanical cracking. The lineup features a range of high capacitance values for selected case sizes. Syfer / Knowles Enhanced Safety-Certified Capacitors (Class X1, X2, Y2) are ideal for modems, AC-DC power supplies, and other applications where lightning strike or other voltage transients represent a threat to electronic equipment.
