VOLINSU EVBB Heat Shrink Tubing

TE Connectivity's (TE) VOLINSU Electric Vehicle Busbar (EVBB) Heat Shrink Tubing is single-wall electric insulation heat-shrink tubing made from a flame-retardant material with excellent electrical properties. The tubing is orange to help technicians quickly identify high-voltage circuits. TE EVBB heat shrink tubing features a minimum shrink temperature of +70°C, a full recovery temperature of +90°C, a 2:1 shrink ratio, and a 2500V rated voltage system. The tubing provides excellent dielectric strength for electrical insulation in high-voltage environments and in applications with thinner walls. The durable products are available in sizes ranging from 20mm to 50mm. These heat-shrink tubings are RoHS and REACH compliant. The series is ideal for high-current busbar applications, such as automotive EV busbars, industrial and commercial transportation EV busbars, electric control, and battery cells.
