Vishay VESD ESD Protection Diodes are housed in a compact DFN1006-2A package with a low package height of < 0.5mm. The devices offer 1-line unidirectional ESD protection and AEC-Q101 qualification is available. The VESD diodes have a working range of 1V to 33V.
