BM1ZxFJ Evaluation Boards

ROHM Semiconductor BM1ZxFJ Evaluation Boards provide a demonstration platform for the BM1ZxFJ AC Voltage Zero Cross Detection (ZCD) ICs. The BM1ZxFJ ZCD ICs from ROHM Semiconductor are voltage comparators that output the AC voltage zero-cross timing detection and the DC voltage after diode rectification. By eliminating the need for photocouplers and external components required in conventional ZCD circuits, the number of parts can be drastically reduced, and compact and highly reliable power supply applications can be realized.
