The Taiwan Semiconductor ES2xAL and ES2xFS super fast rectifiers are available in low-profile thin SMA and SOD-128 packages, ideal for automated placement. These super fast rectifiers operate at a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Typical applications for these super fast rectifiers include switching mode converters, inverters, and telecommunications.
