TQL906x Ultra Low Noise Bypass LNA

Triquint TQL906x features high-linearity, ultra-low noise, and an integrated bypass mode. The TQL906x is designed for wireless infrastructure and covers the 1.5Ghz to 4GHz frequency band. It is internally matched using a high-performance E-pHEMT process and only requires four external components for operation. An internal active bias circuit maintains high performance over temperature.
