Analog Devices Inc. LT9890 150A Current Monitor
Analog Devices LT9890 150A Current Monitor offers an internal current-sense element supporting up to 150A load current. The factory calibration of the current-sense element and a zero temperature coefficient architecture develops in less than 1.3% total unadjusted error (TUE).The ADI LT9890 150A Current Monitor has a 26,600:1 input-to-output current ratio with a response bandwidth greater than 3MHz that delivers a fast and accurate ground-referenced output signal while being insensitive to ground voltage variations. Minimal power loss is attained via a low 150μΩ current-path resistance and an aspect ratio conducive to wide printed circuit board (PCB) traces.
The LT9890 150A Current Monitor supports input voltages from 2.7V to 65V and is compatible with the Intel Psys (platform power) applications.
