Diodes Incorporated AH356xQ Automotive Hall Effect Switches

Diodes Incorporated AH356xQ Automotive Hall Effect Switches are AECQ100 qualified high-voltage and high-sensitivity omnipolar switches. These hall effect switches are designed for position and proximity sensing in automotive applications. The AH356xQ switches come with chopper-stabilized architecture and an internal bandgap regulator that provides temperature compensated supply for internal circuits. These hall effect switches incorporate a reverse blocking diode and a Zener clamp on the supply. The AH356xQ switches provide single open drain output with an overcurrent limit and a Zener clamp. Typical applications include open and close detection, position detection, level detection, flow meters, contactless switches, seatbelt buckle, and seat position.
