Diodes Incorporated AH191x Digital Omnipolar Hall-effect Switches

Diodes Incorporated AH191x Digital Omnipolar Hall-effect Switches offer ultra-low power omnipolar (North or South Pole) operation. These Diodes Incorporated digital hall-effect switches feature a chopper-stabilized design that provides superior temperature stability, minimal switch point drift, and enhanced immunity to physical stress. The AH191x hall-effect switches can withstand up to 6kV Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). These omnipolar Hall-effect switches operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range and 1.6V to 5.5V supply voltage range.

The AH191x digital omnipolar Hall-effect switches deliver good RF noise immunity without requiring external pull-up resistors. These digital omnipolar switches are ideal for battery-powered consumer products, smartphones, E-meters, smoke detectors, and IoT devices.
