onsemi SMA Schottky Rectifiers have a low forward voltage drop and an ultra-thin profile. onsemi SMA Schottky Rectifiers have a high surge capacity and are UL Flammability 94V-0 classified. They are RoHS compliant and are Green Mold compounds, MSL1, and industrial device qualified per AEC-Q101 standards.
