Renesas AT25SF2561C/AT25QF2561C 256Mbit Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) NOR Flash Memory devices are designed for various high-volume industrial, consumer, and connected applications. It can be used to store program memory that is booted from flash memory into embedded or external RAM, and/or it can be used to directly execute the code from the flash memory (execute in place (XiP). To enable fast execution, the Renesas AT25SF2561C/AT25QF2561C supports up to Quad SPI and QPI interfaces operating up to 133MHz and a double data transfer rate up to 84MHz.
