Vishay Semiconductor SE050N6/SE080N6/SE100N6/SE120N6 Surface Mount (SMD)  Rectifiers are available in a low-profile package with a typical height of only 0.88mm. The leadless DFN package features sidewettable flanks suitable for Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI), making these rectifiers ideal for automated replacement. These devices are available with maximum average forward current [IF(AV)] choices of 5A, 8A, 10A, or 12A. Each device is available with maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) versions of 200V, 400V, or 600V. The Vishay Semiconductor SE050N6/SE080N6/SE100N6/SE120N6 Rectifiers are ideal for general-purpose power-line polarity protection and rail-to-rail protection in consumer, industrial, and automotive applications.
