Standard Products

STMicroelectronics Standard Products are a broad range of industry-standard and drop-in replacements for the most popular general-purpose analog ICs, discretes, and serial EEPROMs. The Standard Products are manufactured to the highest quality standards with many AECQ-qualified for automotive applications. A comprehensive set of STMicroelectronics design aids, including SPICE, IBIS models, and simulation tools, is available to make adding to a design-in easy.

Automotive Ultrafast High Voltage Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics Automotive Ultrafast High Voltage Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified devices intended for use as freewheeling diodes in power supplies and other power switching applications in automotive functions. These ECOPACK®2 compliant devices offer guaranteed performance up to a junction temperature of +175°C, very low conduction losses, negligible switching losses, and low forward and reverse recovery times. Based on STMicroelectronics' 800V to 1200V planar technology, these devices are especially suited for switching mode base drive and transistor circuits.
